Mechanical rack checks
A rack-mount battery enclosure must fit the actual cabinet, not only the nominal 19-inch width. Depth, rail position, front and rear clearance, floor loading, cable bend radius, and service access should be confirmed before ordering.
Electrical integration checks
The completed rack battery module needs compatible cells, BMS current rating, LCD or communication accessories, inverter protocol, protection hardware, and commissioning settings. Enclosure selection should follow these electrical inputs.
- Confirm 51.2V nominal 16S LiFePO4 platform requirements.
- Confirm CAN or RS485 communication and inverter protocol before assembly.
- Confirm airflow path and heat generation for the intended current profile.
