Confirm the enclosure before shipping
Many 48V-class LiFePO4 projects use a 16S 51.2V nominal battery. Before arranging EU shipping, confirm that the selected enclosure fits the cell model, terminal layout, busbar plan, BMS hardware, LCD display, breaker layout, and cable route.
The enclosure kit is not a finished battery unless a written quotation defines a broader supplied scope. Cells, inverter, external protection equipment, onsite assembly, and commissioning remain separate unless explicitly included.
Confirm the EU delivery conditions
Shipping review depends on destination and order details. A complete request reduces back-and-forth before payment.
- Country, city, postal code, delivery address type, and unloading equipment.
- Quantity, selected option, expected arrival timing, and whether the order is for a project or resale.
- Any packaging, pallet, remote area, delivery appointment, documentation, or customs requirement.
Confirm inverter and BMS communication
CAN or RS485 on the product name is not enough. Share the inverter model, firmware, protocol, pinout, and commissioning requirements so the BMS option can be reviewed before shipment.
