Project objective
State the primary and secondary objectives. A cabinet used only for peak shaving is sized differently from a system that must also reserve energy for backup or absorb PV surplus.
- Peak shaving or contracted-capacity reduction.
- Solar self-consumption or export limitation.
- Backup power for critical loads.
- EV charging support or grid-capacity buffering.
Technical data to send
Send enough data for an initial configuration review. If measured data is not available, provide the best current design estimates and clearly mark them as estimates.
- Interval load data, monthly bills, tariff rules, and grid capacity.
- Target kWh, PCS kW, backup duration, PV capacity, and charger power where relevant.
- Site country, ambient temperature range, altitude, humidity, dust, corrosion, and available footprint.
- Required cooling method, fire protection, communication, monitoring, and documentation.
Commercial and logistics scope
Clarify whether the quote should include freight, customs documents, taxes, installation support, commissioning, training, spare parts, and service. Items not listed in the final written quotation should be treated as excluded.
